Conditions

  • During admission the animals must be in good health. The owner or the representative of a cat in treatment further to an illness or an accident happened before stay is absolutely necessary required to signal it to Cattery during entrance.
  • Cattery saves right to refuse an admission when the animal is not correctly vaccinated, that he represents a danger for other residents, that his state of health and his behaviour are not compatible with a stay in pension.
  • The cats must be of more than 4 months old.
  • The male cats of more than 8 months must be castrated.
  • The cats must regularly be vaccinated against Typhus / Panleucopénie, Head cold and feline Leukemia.
  • The vaccine against Rage is demanded for the cats from the foreigner.
  • Vaccines have to have less than 1 year. The last recall must have been performed at least 10 days (30 days for vaccine rage) before the admission to Cattery. The book of vaccination, duly filled, is introduced and delayed in the admission to Cattery.
  • In case of illness or in accident during stay, care is lavished by the veterinary surgeon accredited by Cattery It is authorized to make all necessary decisions. All expenses are supported by owner or by his representative.
  • Cattery is relieved from any liability in case of illness, in accident of one or several animals entrusted before, hung or after stay.
  • The owner or the representative of one or several animals entrusted to Cattery of the Point du Jour will not know how to boast indemnification or interests in sense owed the article 42 indent 3 of the Code of obligations in case of illness, in accident or in death of one or several entrusted animals.
  • The cats must be protected against fleas 5 - 6 days before the entrance in Cattery as well as wormed of less than 3 months before the entrance.

Price of pension and payment of the bill

  • The applied price of pension that was suitable for art. 3) of the present contract, VAT included. It understands the accommodation in group, the food and basic care. It is counted on night of stay. Supplementary benefits are separately invoiced to a valuable list or a rate per hour. No discount or discount is granted. The bill is paid in cash or by regulations by means of a credit card (Visa or Eurocard) the day of departure. A down payment can be demanded in the daytime of parties admit that the animals are restored only when the sum of pension is regulated.
  • Without news of the owner or his representative 10 days after the planned date of departure, one or several animals confided in pension will be confided to the Company Vaudoise Protection Animaux in Lausanne. The owner loses all his rights. The amount of the pension will remain due.
  • The owner declares to know timetables and days of reception in Cattery. Out of these periods, the taking care or the restitution of the residents will make the object of a valuable supplement of Fr. 70.-Nevertheless, Cattery is not in obligation to achieve all requests.
